BIO PROFESSIONAL Patrick Racelis is an expert in corporate and brand identity. He completed the Graphic Communication program at the University of Houston. In Dec of 2007 he joined NCI Building Systems. Racelis has developed his skills as a graphic designer. The fine-tuning of his experiences at print, web, and multimedia, and the broadening of his expertise in production has allowed Racelis to become a full service graphic designer, able to provide an abundant selection of design types, templates, and image concepts. The key to Racelis’ success however is his keen ability in understanding the client’s vision. By subsequently implementing core design concepts, Racelis can translate for the client a conceptual and visual product that both communicates and reiterates to the public the basic principles of the client’s goals. PERSONAL Patrick Racelis was born in Marcos’ Philippines in 1971. In pursuit of the Filipino Dream, an American life, he and his mother moved left for Chicago in 1976 to meet his father. By 1980, and with a new younger brother, the family moved again to Houston, Texas where he still lives. Personal experiences have fueled and inspired much of Racelis’ work as a graphic designer. His outgoing nature has allowed him to key in on these diverse concepts, and also allow him and eclectic palette of experiential research to incorporate in his design work.
